Aaron & Nichole Carpenter
Aaron and Nichole answered the call to start Soundside Church in 2015. Aaron serves as an elder at Soundside and leads in strategic vision and preaching. Nichole has been an integral part of children's ministry and event planning. They have three children.
Jason & Lawanda McGrath
Jason and Lawanda brought their four children and joined Soundside Church in 2017. Jason is an elder and leads in worship development and outreach communication. Lawanda serves on the worship team and leads our hospitality focus.
John & Taylor Souza
John's history with our church started at the very beginning when he served as an college intern when Soundside was planted in 2016. He returned a year later to serve as student leader, and in 2021 he and Taylor married. Now they both serve side by side, speaking into the lives of our teenagers and serving the church.
